Above is the dinner table where we have all the meals from home. It's a nice set up I think.
So this above is the Iglesia de Catalina I think. the Plaza is named after Ponce de Leon. on the left side of the image out of view is the entrance to this church that was once a mosque and if you continue down that street you will find El Rinconcillo on the left. El Rinconcillo is a bar that has existed since 1670 and it is often full. Taking pictures there felt a bit awkward but I got one or two.
This is from in front of La Plaza de España.
Liz and Hannah in the jungle!
This is obviously an albino peacock. It was up in a tree with a bunch of other non albinos. They were on a nice island with pigeons and ducks like the one below. The duck picture turned out pretty well because it was in the middle of accelerating.

This kid is awesome, he had a pedal car.
Behind me is the bird island and the tree to the right is the bird tree.
This is from a gazebo from a nice little peninsula in the park. (Parque Maria Luisa)
There were carvings like this in many trees, even the gazebo had grafiti.
This tree got cut down obviously.
This tree is very much intact and was incredibly cool. This picture does no justice.
QUAD COPTER!!!! The guys that brought it were stopped by the police. I don't know if they ever flew it but I got some pictures before they packed it away.
The yogurt is named Piccolo, that's my dog's name!
Above and below you can see the gear we had to use for the Past View tour. We were the first group to do this from the school. It was alright, the videos were ok and the superimposed pictures were not that great. The information was useful though and could put us ahead in the Monuments Class.

Above is a picture above an arch of the tower
 Here's the tower!
 It's that bird again!

Above and below are more of the bird island.
The rest of the images below are from the park as well. It's a beautiful park and I want to explore it more.

  1. Are these pics taken with your camera or your phone? Also, as a dendronologist, you must have had fun with those trees.Did you give a lecture on them? ;P
In that part there is a stature in honor of Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, one of the romatics and favorite of teenagers in middle school. If you find it, take a couple of good pics for me, will you?
    I like the duckie!
